This Privacy Policy explains what data GemDost collects and how we use it.
Data we collect: account details (name, email, username), company profile (legal name, PAN, GSTIN, Udyam, addresses, contacts), tender data you create, and payment records for transactions you process.
Documents: Tender PDFs, Buyer ATC, Scope of Work and other uploaded/fetched source documents are processed only temporarily and are deleted immediately after extraction/analysis. We store only the structured extracted data, analysis output, detected language and safe metadata — never the original files.
How we use data: to provide the service, generate analyses, process subscriptions/collections, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
Security: passwords are hashed; sensitive integration secrets are encrypted; access is tenant-isolated and audit-logged. Payment secrets are stored server-side only.
Your rights: you may request access, correction or deletion of your account data, subject to legal record-keeping requirements for financial transactions.
