By creating an account or using GemDost you agree to these Terms. GemDost provides tender discovery, extraction and analysis software on a subscription basis.
1. Accounts & tenants: Each company is a separate tenant. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Data of one company is never shared with another.
2. Acceptable use: You must not misuse the platform, attempt to access other tenants' data, upload unlawful content, or bypass protected government portal authentication.
3. AI analysis: AI-generated summaries are assistive and may contain errors. They do not replace the original tender documents. You must verify all details against the official bid before acting.
4. Payments: Paid plans and B2B collections are processed by third-party payment providers. GemDost stores transaction records but does not itself hold customer funds as stored value.
5. Availability: We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
6. Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, GemDost and Airdot Tech Pvt. Ltd. are not liable for lost bids, indirect or consequential losses.
7. Changes: We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
