This policy covers GemDost subscription payments and B2B collections processed through the platform.
Eligible refunds: duplicate charges, proven failed transactions where the amount was debited, or a service that could not be provided.
Non-refundable: subscription time already consumed, and successfully delivered digital access, unless required by law.
Cancellation: you may cancel a subscription renewal at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refund request process: raise a request from your account or contact support with the transaction/reference number.
Processing timeline: approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method; the time to reflect depends on your bank and the payment gateway.
Provider dependency: refunds and settlements are executed by our payment gateway (Cashfree). GemDost initiates refunds via the provider API and reflects the provider's status; we cannot override bank/provider timelines.
Duplicate/failed payments: automatically flagged during reconciliation and refunded where confirmed by the provider.
Escalation: unresolved issues can be escalated to our Grievance Officer (see Grievance page).
We make no guarantee of a fixed refund date, as final settlement depends on the payment gateway and banking networks.
