GemDost is a digital Software-as-a-Service product. There is no physical shipment of goods.
Service delivery: upon successful sign-up and payment (where applicable), access to the relevant GemDost features is provisioned to your account, typically immediately or within a short processing window after payment confirmation from the gateway.
Digital access: features such as tender extraction, analysis and reports are delivered online through your dashboard.
Physical shipping: not applicable, as GemDost does not sell or dispatch physical products.
If a specific paid feature is not activated after a confirmed payment, please contact support with your transaction reference for prompt resolution.
